Customer Service Manager

Wes is a Dallas native with a math degree from Dallas Baptist University. His time at Precise began while he was attending DBU, wherein he assisted with inventory management, SMT, AOI, and Selective Solder. Now, after teaching math and engineering at a local charter school, Wes is pleased to return to the Precise family and take on a new role. Wes is married with six children (including twins) plus a son-in-law. His hobbies include computer programming, watching Dallas Cowboys football, and building things.

Fun Fact: Wes played football in college (flag football … for the B team!).

Accounts Manager

Angela grew up in southern and central Mexico as a missionary kid. She has over 26 years of experience serving customers in both the private and public sectors. Angela is married and has two children.

Fun Fact: When not at work, you might find Angela cooking with her family, or teaching her cats to do tricks.

Quality and Engineering Manager

Scott grew up in California and went to school there, but he came to Texas as soon as he could! Scott started with Precise in 1993, following his graduation with a B.S. in Engineering Physics from University of the Pacific and a B.A. in Mathematics. He immediately took leadership over our test and quality departments, helping us to achieve ISO 9001 certification at the early date of 1996. Scott enjoys providing our customers with the highest quality products and services, and helping make Precise an enjoyable work environment for all.

Fun Fact: Scott served as a Rotary International ambassador scholar at Bristol University UK in 1989-1990, and traveled through almost every country in Europe (and got pieces of the Berlin Wall)!

Director of Operations

Jerry is responsible for Precise's operations and finances, and has over 20 years of experience across all areas of the company. He graduated from Taylor University with a Masters of Business Administration, is married, and has four children.

Fun Fact: When not counting beans at work, you are most likely to find him on a hiking trail, backpacking with his wife, or coaching sports for his kids' teams.

CEO

Jonathan's history with Precise goes back to his teenage years. During high school, Jonathan worked in the stockroom, managed IT, and even handled aspects of SMT and oven profiling. He spent a few years away from the company, earning a Computer Engineering degree from Texas A&M University and starting a career at Hewlett-Packard thereafter. In 2013, Jonathan decided that it was time to return to his roots at Precise. He has since worked alongside our team to develop our business and crystallize our vision in new ways. His passion is to cultivate an emphasis of service—both of customers and our staff.

Fun Fact: When not at work, you may find Jonathan remodeling or spending time outdoors with his family.
